To Cancel an application that was started Online at SJPermits.org, but not completed or issued, please log back into your account and you may cancel or continue to submit the application.
Steps on SJPermits.org:
- Navigate to: Online Permits Login
- Log in using your credentials
- Locate the permit you wish to cancel or continue in your permit history list and click “Details”
- Click “Continue to Submit Application”
- Step through the Application Process until you arrive at the "Terms and Conditions" screen.
- You will be given the option to "Cancel" at the bottom of the screen, or you may Agree and continue the application process if you still wish to issue the permit.
