- To reactivate a permit, you will need to send us a request for a permit extension. In most cases, we should be able to activate/reactivate your permit without any issue.
- In other cases, you may need a Chief Building Official (CBO) letter. If you require a CBO letter, please email this letter to Building Permits at buildingpermits@sanjoseca.gov.
