Building Permits With Plan Review - Instructions
Exclusions. You will NOT use SJPermits + if you are using one of the following permit programs:
- Best Prepared Designer Projects
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Permit Service (if you qualify for OTC, be sure to use it!)
- Residential Express Permit Service
- Streamlined Tenant Alteration Review (STAR) Service
- Streamline Restaurant Program (contact juan.borrelli@sanjoseca.gov)
